Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

Order cancellations and changes:

Cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns/refunds/exchanges:

If there is a problem with your item that is outside of your control, we will replace it at no charge or offer a refund (minus shipping). We will ask for a photo of the problem for quality control purposes, but you will not have to return the item to us.

Note: Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from what is seen online due to differences in screen settings. The size of the design may also vary from what is shown. 

If there is a problem with your order caused by oversight (incorrect shipping address, wrong size ordered, wrong item ordered) UNWORN and UNWASHED items may be returned for exchange or refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of receipt. You must pay for shipping the item back to us and for shipping of the replacement item, if applicable. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip when shipping items back to us for return.
